Where Copper Rock Is
Copper Rock is a master-planned golf community in Hurricane, not Washington, with the golf course at 1567 W. Copper Rock Parkway on the south side of town. Sand Hollow State Park is a short drive west, and Zion National Park is reached via SR-9.
Golf
Copper Rock Golf Course is a public course that opened in February 2020, playing about 6,900 yards across desert dunes with mountain views. It has hosted an LPGA Epson Tour event.
Homes
Homes and homesites are being built in phases, so new construction is common and nearby lots may still be under construction. The community has an HOA; ask for the CC&Rs and any rental rules before you write an offer.
Schools
Washington County School District assigns schools by address, and Hurricane-area boundaries have shifted as new phases are built. Confirm the current elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school for a specific home with the district before you rely on it.
