Where Coral Canyon Is
Coral Canyon is a master-planned community on the east edge of Washington City, near I-15 Exit 16 and State Route 9, on the way toward Hurricane. Its homeowners association describes it as spanning over 2,600 acres, about 10 minutes from St. George and about 45 minutes from Zion National Park.
Amenities
The community is built around the public Coral Canyon Golf Course. Its association lists walking and biking trails, two city parks, and six pocket parks, and members of the master community can use the Coral Canyon clubhouse, which has indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and a tennis court. The Views at Coral Canyon has its own additional amenity area. Sand Hollow and Quail Creek state parks are a short drive east.
Homes and Schools
Coral Canyon includes many villages with townhomes, single-family homes, and golf-front homes, and newer phases continue to the south. Some villages carry an additional sub-association on top of the master HOA. Coral Canyon Elementary is inside the community. Washington County School District assigns schools by address, and boundaries change as new schools open. Confirm the current elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school for a specific home with the district's boundary tool before you rely on it.
